In order to keep the file size small, the files provided here do not contain the messages of the supporters and the color tableaux at the end of the book. They do not contain the many pictures placed into the text either. Those pictures are indicated with shaded boxes. In the pdf file format, two Hungarian letters are replaced: ö --> ô and ü --> û
